Account Manager - Advertising & Media

Role & responsibilities

1. Intake requests and manage overall project delivery from Global team for the following needs:

• Presentation design, Video Editing and Motion Graphics

2. Serve as project lead to assemble and manage the team.

• Oversee project from start to finish, including providing project timing and serving as key Point of Contact for the Global Client Agency team that is requesting the work.
• Coordinate with the Off-Shore team (Presentation Designer, Video Editor, Motion Graphics, Designer) who will be responsible for the work.
• Schedule internal briefings and reviews
• Recap meeting notes and manage all feedback and revisions with the design/video/graphics team
• Provide summary of hours used after each project delivery
• Cross-charge BBDO NY as needed for services rendered

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years experience in Account Management
• Proficient in English
• Microsoft Office
• Timeline management
• Budget management
• Understanding of how video, design and motion graphics production works and ability to manage the Team with those skills
• Ability to work on a tight timeline and manage the creative team to do so as well.
