Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I was a part of sales so review is strictly restricted to sales. You have a young enthusiastic team. Very good work environment. Anyone would enjoy a lot working with such cooperative and helpful team. Also, they follow work hard and party harder. You will have lots of parties and all.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal is not in line with the hard work we put in. Work life balance is zero. Sometimes you start at 10 am and finish at 12-1 am. Leaves is a problem. Since its real estate, be prepared to come to office on all the holidays because you have majority clients coming that time.
