If anybody wants to commit suicide or suffering from severe head ache, then I would strongly suggest u to join Omega. Work tension will be keep on rising even after reaching ur room. Loads and loads of pressure on each and every employee. To make it simple. For instance if the company agrees to pay u some 30k, then it means they will make u to work for 1 lack.

Working enviroinment and culture will be good with high professional. Overtime allowance are good. Transport facility is appreciateable. One can learn deep about medical billing. One will get decent salary with decent hike.

Dislikes

One can learn more but cannot earn more at omega healthcare. Career growth is big question mark due to politics.There is no night shift allowance. Sometimes target pressure will be there.
