When I joined Omega Healthcare I was thinking that I can improve my self. But unfortunately the team Detroit which I'm working for is the worst team till the date I know. There are so much of politics in Detroit team from which I'm fed up . The Detroit team doesn't have a proper communicatin with the team members it self...Even the manager doesn't knows how many people are working with him/her in his team. Manager didn't even know our names. TL has the worst behavior cause everytime he compares me with others and he keeps on discouraging me . The company policy says that we can take one casual leave and one sick leave ,if I ask a leave to my Tl he compels me to work on sat or sun that to for 9 hrs....Read More

The Detroit team which I work for doesn't have a proper communication among seniors and freshers even with the quality check team. Tl keeps on discouraging me for not achieving the target. I couldn't achieve the target because they taught me only with patient refunds but now they assign us insurance refund in which we struggle a lot. At the joining date HR told us that every Saturday and Sunday is week off, But the TL asks us to work with 9hrs on Saturday with full production hrs. Every time we have backlog because no guidance and every time we don't have inventory from clients. The incentives which company gives for Detroit team it doesn't even reaches us cause the quality check team and the seniors takes all the incentives with pre-planning. I joined this company for 12.5 k salary and still no improvement at all and still I get the same. Everytime when I don't achieve my target my TL blackmail me tht he will move me to NI. As an employee of a Healthcare company my health is getting spoiled and I have dark circles under my eyes now cause they pressure me each and every day. My shift timing is 9.30 to 6.30 but every day I work for more than 10 hrs because of they pressure the created on me. From 9 hrs of shift it is possible to do 25 to 30 accts but my Tl is goin on increasing my target to 35 and not even increasing my salary. My friends who were with me at our training period now they get 19k to 20 k with incentives but for me no improvement at all because of the team I joined...
