Managers do a lot of favoritism, language wise, religion wise. Some Mgrs prioritize their community, act like congress. Internal politics. Office campus had lately become smoking zone, lots of sellers within the office. Completely night shift life. Cabs(TT) are provided but sometimes few of them just get out of cabs after crossing some 1 km from office, later to be picked up their fbb. *Caution, married women should stay away from office, can opt for work from home or day shift. They would start hounding on office women, prettier & younger will be the ones facing such challenges the most....Read More

Teammates- they hire a lot of undergraduates in or to pay less salary, who most often are non tolerable. Training- it is one of the best in AR calling. Job security- if u r under performer u ll b kicked out. Else u r aage Career growth- takes time to climb the ladder and need lots of patience to work for years with less salary. Onceu climb up, u will b flattered. Salary- appraisal are cheap. Salary is lowest as per industry standards. Travel- Night shift gets cab facility to and fro, more like school van. Politics- yes. More than talent, treating TLs nicely will keep u in good shape. Learing- there is lot of scope for that. It's hard to get time for itself daily.
