Zero % work satisfaction. Your efforts and skills won't be recognized. Everybody in the management works for their salaries. Neither they r concerned about talent growth nor the organizational growth. But Oman is a pleasant country to live and save some money.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
