Everything is good Managment and CEO and MD are excellent, excellent perks and salary.

Dislikes

Nothing everything is good and ex employees harassing the company, the VP merchant acquisition and sales was fraud put the company into enormous losses, entirely staff was not from accept finance and legal from 2019 to 2021.Please join this company.

I joined in Dubai at there finance department things we're fine out there but the senior management poke in each other issues. The directive from ceo is biased

When I joined India Office at Chennai the MD has started playing politics instead of his own work. For each and every employee he has to get personal and to show his powers which on papers he was never a MD . He got everyone terminated from India Office with his dirty politics. Even during complete lockdowm md used to ask for location to satisfy his ego that no one can go to there houses

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
