Its very good college having good management. Due to Covid-19, college followed all the rules and regulation regarding lock down. Also they delivered salary during lock down which was a great help during this epidemic situation.

Dislikes

Well there is nothing that i dislike about working at OEC.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
