It was my first job ; this was the only liking.

Dislikes

Extremely strict timings ; extremely strict leave criteria ;you get salary of 30 days on or after 15th of next month throught the year ( greedy in actual). No overtime compensation. With 6 days working a week ; No holiday on republic day or holi or lohri or call it any festival or national holiday. Personal life is thrashed to theend. If someone is in problem, they want help but they will take benefit of your situation and kill you from inside. Lot of lectures about professionalism but never followed in case of employee. Not employee e friendly at all. If the person is dying to earn, then he/she should join it, else I won't recommend this company even to my enemy.
