I got good training, and got a good lesson that your higher authorities wont listen to their employees so you can never be safe if you are not likable to your HOD.

My Statehead who is no more in the company was not liking me due to which he told lame reasons to higher authorities and higher authorities dint bother to listen to me and just told me to give resignation letter though o was liked by all my state team but just I was not liked by statehead the higher authorities listen to him and nowsee the statehead created a mess and left the job, where I was performing well from the entire team still no recognition was given instead I was told to give resignation, so I wonder how will the company grow if they are not concerend about wrong and right....Read More
