I worked in old world hospitality for five and half years but you won’t believe how time got passes away. When I joined things were little bit difficult for me but by the time I got adjusted there . But this pandemic did wrong with whole world and with us also we are no where now no job no work no earning family people can’t survive in this situation I request IHC head office to please take care of us as we were under them . Dislikes

You can't maintain work life balance as you have to work either in break shifts or 11-12 hours without any OT. If you are fresher then it's a great organisation for you but after 1 or 2 years there is no career growth and increment in salary.

Overall experience was very good I joined the organisation as a Fresher and learned lots of skills like Handling Customers Complaints, Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Teamplayer.

Best Supportive Managers I have ever seen. Both Sous chef and Senior sous chef are very dedicated and supportive to there team. And No words fo r extremely dedicated excutive chef. Company take care of each and every employee.
