One can learn new things everyday. A years experience at OLA equals 5 yrs in the open market.

OLA has a toxic work culture. Doesnt matter whether you are productive or not, you should hang around in the office till 11pm atleast. I worked for 2 yrs at OLA and my Region was the best in the country. I ensured that every member of my team reported at 9am and left by 6pm. All my superiors kept asking me the reason behind my consistent performance but i could never tell the 9 to 6 fact. May be i would have got fired for pulling the shutters by 6pm....Read More

literally there is no Work life balance Managers from non automobile background and no idea what to do (its a shit show almost every dep in service) have to work until 2 or 3 am for most of the days , No week off. Lack of clarity even to leaders. All decisions taken by Founder. The way it was run when it was a startup is still continuing. Leaders seem to be powerless as a NO from founder is never challenged and seems like there is a fear lurking among subordinates to say no even if they know they are right
