No job security, company close their used car vertical in just 2 months after hiring team. Work culture is very poor, no training, no policies. Ola is career spoiler company. I personally recommend all don't join OLA in any vertical.

Ola can close their vertical any time, zero job security in OLA. So don't join OLA.

Seeking advice on Salary earning

Dear Friends, I am currently working with a reputed Stainless steel company in India and associate with this company since the inception of my career in 2009.I completed my B.E.in 2009 and MBA in 2020 . My CCTC is 12.5 Lacs only which is too low as per industry average and I have not received any promotion in the last 6 years . I think long association with a single company is undervaluing yourself. Kindly guide How much salary should I ask for if I move to another relatable company and justification for this hike ?? Kindly assist ,Your insight are really helpful to me.

All work experience is good but job security have not in this company

I was worked from last six years in ola cabs but in lockdown company ask to me give resign .As far as I am concerned company should deduct our some percentage salary in this type of crucial time .
