If you want to work in this company so only join Sales and Finance/Account department, Because this company will give to you above your expectations and your experience, which you will not get any where in India. if you will join other departments then you will get only minimum wages as per their policy and for appraisal and promotion don't look for this if you want to earn for your family either you will be thrown out without any show cause notice. And if you are from some special cast which I will not mention here and you are close of Higher Management (factory manager and Plant head) then you will achieve everything whatever you want in this company (but only in above mentioned departments).
