If you want to work in this company so only join Sales and Finance/Account department, Because this company will give to you above your expectations and your experience, which you will not get any where in India. if you will join other departments then you will get only minimum wages as per their policy and for appraisal and promotion don't look for this if you want to earn for your family either you will be thrown out without any show cause notice.
