How can you like anything on a fraud company.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Dislikes are endless. They want you to work without pay for months. When you leave they won't settle your money. The management is worthless. The Managing Director is after her beautification without paying employees salary. The employees are not qualified. They will remove your table from one end to another with even asking you. No management. Its Just a facade.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
