Management wants to sell products in credit with 18/24% interest per annum which makes it a very tough to justify before buyers. This company is working like a financing house. To hire and retain people, hr team always run a story of listing in stock market and ESOP, please guys don't be trapped, it was a start up, it is a start up,it will remain a start up. The management has no vision except selling higher finance rate. They used to spoil the relation with buyer by asking extra interest cost. No body wants business loan in 18/24% interest, so think thrice. It's a LALA company....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
