The upper management does not know how to work at all, everyone in it is fresher, they do not know how to work and the company's method of hire and fire is adopted and the upper management does not listen to the lower level employees at all, hence my request to everyone that whoever wants to join this company, please do not join this company because there is no job security at all in this company

To much micromanagement by the manager and founders. No one will help you with anything, not even your manager. You’ll have to learn each and everything on your own. Your colleagues/manager will cross you behind your back!!

Good salary for the management trainee role, opportunity to work in different projects comparable to domain based stints.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no job security, no support in terms of learning or training, it's sink or swim, and alongside, projects, teams and even whole departments are dissolved and employees laid off within hours at the whims of the founders.
