It's been two months since I joined Odessa and my Overall Experience till now has been fairly good. The interview process was well-organized which was refreshing to see. My Induction was also great. My Hiring manager took me through all of the processes - leave policies, work culture, team equation, among other things. I am looking forward to working and learning more.

The leadership trusts us to take decisions and gives the right amount of guidance when needed. The learning opportunities are plenty. and they help me stay ahead in the industry.

Odessa is a great company for someone looking to grow in career. The supportive team culture emphasis on learning makes on learning make it easy to adapt and improve. The hybrid mode is a nice balance between work and personal life.

Food benefits, hybrid work, some managers were good, but they left or put papers now mostly women mangers left who don't want to take risks, they have limited exposure to system outside industry as they never worked outside Odessa. They just know some part of system well and taking advantage of the same. I remember this manager and under her some 4 people about to leave or left in year, still I don't think HR's takes into account all these signals. Thier future is secure but if you want to really want something to consider for long term growth better avoid it. 1. They bought in Hybrid it according to me it just made good people leave nothing positive I would say according to me. 2. Limited exposure as leasing is not that much popular, loan capability Odessa has is far from any matured system only loan management you can do, loan origination has little features. As an organization it provides enough exposure to employees who have already spent good number of years in protecting them/growing them in all aspects. Few employees who have performed well/in good terms with the leadership get best possible backing in growing within the organization.

Dislikes

Dummy feedback system. Non-professional HRs. Very bad planning as an organization. Sometimes I felt like the vision is not very clear.
