The people are helpful and have a good nature.

Dislikes

The promotion policies are worst. There are no such tools or work ex that you get which you can employ in other companies. The notice period of 3 months is uncalled for. Top Management is not supportive and not prepared for doing business.

Not good for career growth for functional side. Politics and partiality is its peak. To get good opportunity you should be in their favourite list Hike is not based on your performance. It is based on which team you are working with

I have been working here for a while now, and i have enjoyed the projects. The team is great, and we have a good mix of people with different experiences.

The company ensures individual growth as much as company-level growth. It's nice to see how the management encourages us to bring our best. Also, the hybrid option gives freedom to work at our convenience. I think this policy ensures better work output. And as far as the office is concerned, I love the ambience and it's good to work with a team that's supportive and competitive at the same time.

There's not much to share. I personally have an amazing team to work with.

It's been two months since I joined Odessa and my Overall Experience till now has been fairly good. The interview process was well-organized which was refreshing to see. My Induction was also great. My Hiring manager took me through all of the processes - leave policies, work culture, team equation, among other things. I am looking forward to working and learning more.

Food benefits, hybrid work, some managers were good, but they left or put papers now mostly women mangers left who don't want to take risks, they have limited exposure to system outside industry as they never worked outside Odessa. They just know some part of system well and taking advantage of the same. I remember this manager and under her some 4 people about to leave or left in year, still I don't think HR's takes into account all these signals. Thier future is secure but if you want to really want something to consider for long term growth better avoid it. Limited exposure as leasing is not that much popular, loan capability Odessa has is far from any matured system only loan management you can do, loan origination has little features. As an organization it provides enough exposure to employees who have already spent good number of years in protecting them/growing them in all aspects. Few employees who have performed well/in good terms with the leadership get best possible backing in growing within the organization.

Dummy feedback system. Non-professional HRs. Very bad planning as an organization. Sometimes I felt like the vision is not very clear.
