Felt like working in a village and now i know why one should never work in a "lala company"

If you are looking for a career growth, never go there, as there is no certain job role for anyone as its more like slave kind of job, where a general manager can be asked to cut fruits and make dish and serve food and do grocery shopping for the company

Unorganized work with a difficult boss who was owner of the company

Dislikes

Late night everyday without a reason and any adhoc work comes under accounting team rather than Relevancy of the work.

Accounting work with unorganized way and the boss was so difficult. The unmanageable boss.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
