Work life balance is difficult to manage considering large number of projects. They hardly go for new hiring and hence work load increases on existing employees.

Over the last 11 years the techonology team executed many projects which presented many learning opportunities. The pay was always great including pickup from home and drop back home. In the Covid times, we employed a complete work from home policy and utmost care was taken to ensure no employee is required to come to office and risk themself We had an active CSR group, and worked with NGO's for the benefit of the underpriveledged. We constantly acquired other companies and that was our primary growth model. This impacted the growth of some employees and there were many changes to made to the direction we are headed in.

It resembled a good work life balance. Job security is very less especially PMO department where I was working since my case was like secured A rating for yearly performance, received special recognition for implementing process and within 2 months was given a pink slip even after giving 10 to 12 hours at work.

Dislikes

PMO department headed by Denise O sullivan is the worst place to work. I have seen 57 attritions in span of 4 years and out of these numbers less than 5 cases would have voluntarily resigned others were asked to resign by just giving couple of hours notice.

I really enjoyed nine years working there. I liked their timings 9 to 5 day shift. At the end once we are done with work, we can leave on time without informing our TL or managers. They have training and development activities, employee engagement committee, women empower group and many more efforts to make best place to work.

Dislikes

Overall I always had a good experience with the company but for growth perspective, sometimes people have to wait longer for the best opportunity, because of the limited hierarical position.
