The overall environment. Care for employees is evident for employees at all levels. The business overview and structure is good. Company looks after profits and is transparent about it.

Dislikes

Employee learning and development needs improvement. There is also need for information technology. The current process has lot of manual interventions. Lot of processes are people dependent which affects overall delivery and commitment. If this is transformed to process dependent and work happens irrespective of the person being available/unavailable - will improve a lot of overviews.

Some say that management is poor and that managers have a "If you help me then I will help you" mentality. Others say that some managers treat staff poorly during times of uncertainty.

I got to learn at a lot and the way ocs work is very good.

Dislikes

In OCS, people who don't seem to be doing much work are also not recognized properly, It is not necessary that working on the system is the only way to learn about the work, it could also be that the employee is working hard but his work is not being done properly, this is the only thing I don't like.

One of the worst company that I seen there is no management system there is no leaves like CL /PL ,if you have CL/PL leave but they can't give you leave in any how. Duty time not fixed . No promotion opportunity.

Sorry to say but most of employees,I don't like work environment.

Very little to be honest, the best thing is working with a great bunch of Tesco staff.

Wages never right, when you ask about it you get moved further away from home with the hope you will leave so they don't have to pay redundancy
