At site level colleagues are very good making workplace great.

During lockdown in 2020 company puts all hard earned PL of employees to negative without employees concent and company asking his employees that they have paid all the employees during lockdown but actually they haven't paid they just paid by putting all the leave in negative. Due to this if anyone wants to go on PL they have to work for at least one to two years to bring back their leaves in positive and then they have to work for one more year for collect PL for years to avail.
