I have had the privilege of being part of the compass groups almost a decade,there were lots good opportunists to sustain and progress,fortunate enough to be part of the existing set up.i have visited few Asian countries as a vendor to google food programs as partners..also visited google offices in USA and Canada on personal trips where i had the chance to visit different offices in bay area, Nyc ,Toranto, Montreal offices for self exposure at a few google sites and performed guest chef on indian cuisine.....Read More

i was called back to join compass @google to take charge of the google food in Hyderabad..earlier i left working with a vendor Ultimate hospitality ,eventually taken over by compass groups.during the tenure performance recognised ,the rest dream journey

It was an wonderful company to work and supported by great management and chefs. I am so happy that i am part of a team who always guide me in a successful path. I get to travel with in google campus in different location to guide and train people to achieve their goals. i really miss the team.

My work is very challenging and i have to take care of 18-20 cafe. Need to check the quality and taste of each food in a rotation manner.Need to check taste, procedure, menu planning, recipe testing, training staff, budget planning, development of staff.
