Wonderful company, excellent working environment....in between some virus enter in the organisation and killed the reputation..but hope now the old viruses are daied... I love this company. I spent my valuable 9 year's.... it's awesome... compair to JLL & CBRE, cnw, Compass is better.

Some virus unethical people are entering at the organisation in top level... company trust them initially then they know and understand the fact what company losst.

Dr.Kalam says don't love your company love your profession, but I am saying , If you love your company. Why because people are working for work when people are change work to worship then automatically Love's came to organization. Always people's are creating the problem not company. So my knowledge if you loves your company your work becoming worship. I started work 2006 to 2014 as a technician to AFM I always dedicated my job for company but someone mistake I ponish from wrong people. Corporate people are not attached with site leavels managers, always believe with branch RM&OM the reason sometimes the reputation of compass gose down due to some personal benefits. (Management top people's are always changeing their Job for money or positions but the poor employee never change the job the same reason, because of he gets loves from organization for very very small word) so always My humble request please attach with sites label managers understand there problems one to one discussion. so it'll get more achievements. Site Managers are running the site's he knows better wt Clint requerments, he need some support from branch people, that's not happening in branch leavel. If I got any senior position again in this organization I definitely prove wt is missing in ground leavel. I am working as a Asst.Facility Manager BSP , previous I was FE take care of RGA with nice environments good relationship with clints and Branch teams. I always support to all site's whenever required,wherever FM are leave I am the person to handle .
