I used to work at a Client location. ISS has really good clients and it's an amazing working experience in terms of infrastructure and commute. My manager was also very co-operative and helped me with most of my doubts or queries.

Dislikes

Very less interaction with the ISS team, especially the HR team is inaccessible. A lot of employee issues and grievances are left unattended. Employee Engagement is to the bare minimum. No refresher sessions on policies.

HR is supportive in some extent but management was very poor no support from managers. Managers didn't give shit wat is happening with their team and don't even loop in team for any work or any future plans for the team. Managers only cares about themselves and keeping clients happy whatever goes with the team..
