This excuse for a security company is only a stones throw away from loosing their contract at Tesco, Never have i come across a worst company in my almost 40yrs in security, Any of the new officers i have met and tried to train could only communicate via Google translate. Wages never right, no one at the end of the phone, no area managers and any there are are the same as the new guys very little English language. One of the worst company that I seen there is no management system there is no leaves like CL /PL ,if you have CL/PL leave but they can't give you leave in any how. Duty time not fixed . No promotion opportunity.
