Third Class for the employee, even the managment decide when to eat and with whom to you have eat. It is not the hospital, it is the exhibition center.

People in the top managment is the fake, and even dont have the manner. to talk with female, they spy on you, they will taunt you, even they will eat your food, salary they will give very late, so that no one can leave them, all working on the holiday days, not a professional center to work.

The only good thing here is the infrastructure and polite staff. Otherwise it's the worst place to work.The management team is rude, unempathetic, uncultured and they treat employees as if they own them.They intentionally use vindictive tactics and psychological manipulation to keep their control and upper hand on employees and get their work done and this creates a toxic,stressful work culture beyond a point that it also affects employees' mental and physical health. It's not at all a recommendable place to work, especially for the female staff as it is run by a management team that has a patriarchal mindset.They dont treat the females with dignity and objectify them,taunt them,yell at them,spy on them constantly.They don't let employees to team up,interact or give sufficient break time.They don't pay for overtime and extra,they possess a negative approach for each work,zero guidance and support for work.Simply,this place is full of mental torture and exploitation of employees.
