The list is very long No timely salary Spy on you They will tell you with whom you to eat & & when to eat Your hospital coming time is fixed & leaving time as per their convince Top management 3 persons are always ready to make you fool by making fake promising No festival holiday Sometimes no weekoff also sunday also you have to work Not getting any support from management.

The only good thing here is the infrastructure and polite staff. Otherwise it's the worst place to work.The management team is rude, unempathetic, uncultured and they treat employees as if they own them.They intentionally use vindictive tactics and psychological manipulation to keep their control and upper hand on employees and get their work done and this creates a toxic,stressful work culture beyond a point that it also affects employees' mental and physical health. The ones who don't align with them are targetted and harassed.

...ntly.They don't let employees to team up,interact or give sufficient break time.They don't pay for overtime and extra,they possess a negative approach for each work,zero guidance and support for work.Simply,this place is full of mental torture and exploitation of employees. Zero employee value and job security.

This is a cool place to work. Flexible timings and freedom to have tea coffee whenever we need for n number of times. Positive vibes. Music for employees as well. Very knowledgeable seniors with good exposure. They speak straight sometimes, but i believe they want me to correct. They try to work on your skills unlike other organisations who only want to get things done. They helped me to pursue masters and also helped me financially silently on personal level. I respect this approach and their humanity. Have to leave for personal reasons.

For me nothing. You see people with the eyes you have. If you are genuine every one will support. If you are not, they will try to correct repeatedly....

Likes

Third Class for the employee, even the managment decide when to eat and with whom to you have eat. It is not the hospital, it is the exhibition center.

Dislikes

People in the top managment is the fake, and even dont have the manner. to talk with female, they spy on you, they will taunt you, even they will eat your food, salary they will give very late, so that no one can leave them, all working on the holiday days, not a professional center to work.
