I was very fond of the company when I first joined - all glamorous, full of productivity and learning. They take their dharma very seriously - guest first, company second and self last - so you will indeed be last to be considered for growth and development. Which means, promotions are rare and work life balance is terrible. Office environment is pretty strict - like we are stuck in the British era of hierarchy.
