Oberoi group of hotels is a big name and it deems fit that it holds an importance in the industry. Being part of the company for so many years, I realise the service standards are indeed commendable. Lots to learn and various opportunities to execute your learnings as well.

I was very fond of the company when I first joined - all glamorous, full of productivity and learning. They take their dharma very seriously - guest first, company second and self last - so you will indeed be last to be considered for growth and development. Which means, promotions are rare and work life balance is terrible. Office environment is pretty strict - like we are stuck in the British era of hierarchy. Salary is much less than industry standard No work life balance and very long working hours No employee benefits The program is of one year duration and they will promise a salary increase after completion, but they will keep giving extension notices, with no transparency about the confirmation process

I did not like anything because the staff are making dirty videos and posting on hotel groups The senior captains are planning this in banquet They tocher very badly and they also not let us work peacefully so please try to improve this

The staff is allowed to remove videos in washroom and senior captain allow them to do this in banquet they tocher their staff please try to solve this problem
