I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I did not like anything because the staff are making dirty videos and posting on hotel groups The senior captains are planning this in banquet They tocher very badly and they also not let us work peacefully so please try to improve this
