We all want to work at the Oberoi's, as the company says guest first, company second and employees third. That's what the main line is we all see the guest should be happy whatever the needs are we would happy to serve you.

Dislikes

Coming straight to the point we are working here for 14+ hours daily, no overtime, people in F&B they'll are doing breakshift for 6days in a week, they go home only when they get off, the company is not seeing the employee correctly, in Housekeeping the person who is doing night shift he is doing only night shift since 3 months, if he says something the answer would be we don't have that much staff. In kitchen people are doing work more than 13 hourse daily. A CDP has to do daily breakshift, A sous chef has to report at 6 in the morning and has to leave the kitchen at 12:30 at night sometimes they get break sometimes they wouldn't. Yes ofcourse the OTs are getting to learn things but what happens to employees health. There's no proper concern for employees. Last but not least the OT gets only 21 paid leave per year, if you're so sick and you're admitted to hospital the days would be deducted from the 21, I am sharing my experience I got COVID, and after submitting the report they said you have to take rest and should only report when you get negative report so the 14days were deducted from my 21days of leave. Dislikes

Growth is dilatory for an employee who is not a management trainee. Work pressure along with work timings is distinctively more in certain areas.
