Working in oberoi hotels helps you to make present minded and to work in busy environment and to tackle in difficult situations.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance in oberoi hotels and no recognition for ur work, less salary no promotions and shifts hours goes for at least 11 hrs to 14 hrs and u won't receive comp offs or extra salary for over times also te mana management very poor they don't know how to manage staffing and their always understaff and hires only freshers no a single experience person to held other staffs they are just money oriented company and they don't care about their staff. Salary is much less than industry standard No work life balance and very long working hours No employee benefits The program is of one year duration and they will promise a salary increase after completion, but they will keep giving extension notices, with no transparency about the confirmation process

I did not like anything because the staff are making dirty videos and posting on hotel groups The senior captains are planning this in banquet They tocher very badly and they also not let us work peacefully so please try to improve this

Dislikes

The staff is allowed to remove videos in washroom and senior captain allow them to do this in banquet they tocher their staff please try to solve this problem

Work policy: As oberoi grand is in renovation so currently wfo is going on but mon to fri is wfo normally & alternate sat is off except month end & sunday if working will get a comp off
