1st, 15hours of work everyday 2nd, no training and development 3rd, offs are not given on time 4th, promotion or tranfer are also very slow 5th, only 3 outlets 6th, small property 7th, no straight shifts, only break 8th, very less staff 9th, at times lunch and dinner breaks are also skipped.. 10th, only 3 supervisor 11th, nobody cares about staff mental and physical health.. 12th, very bad food in cafeteria Etc Etc Etc...Read More

Salary and the facilities are good. They give training but depends from one hotel to another of the same brand.

Dislikes

No personal life. Work environment and teammates depend on hotel to hotel. They have started hiring people who are not from HM background which is kind of degrading the quality of Oberoi's. I heard that they don't compromise with their standards but then they started that and that was one of the reason for me to quit. Mentally the HM graduate starts getting frustrated and over that the long shifts and for like 13-14 hours and sometimes more then that. Never got my food on time and there was a time when my manager denied me to go for my food. I have starved and worked but didn't get any appreciation. And this all led to my sick health....Read More

At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details.
