Choosing a Oberoi hotels and resorts as work place is the best thing I did as fresher. If your base is strong no one will ask you to bow. Work environment is not as employees but as family working in house sharing work together. So we believe in "TOGETHER WE CAN". If I come to work pressure, every work has its own pressure, you arehired for working in such environment and the field is choosen by you itself. The pressure you get for if you think with a cool mind you will realise that you have gained knowledge, handling work or team, coordination, or may be rewards and etc. Never think that I always get the hardest work, think positive why you get that work? It's just because your superior know you will do that work perfectly and they know if they have choosen you, you will come up with something new or un addition to that work and you will enhance your knowledge too.
