I can tell you that all the shared reviews are fake and are written by HR and management people. They are trying to create a false image of the company and attract more talent. In reality, there is nothing good about working here. The pay is low, the hours are long, and the workload is excessive. The company is also notorious for not paying its employees on time and for ignoring complaints about workplace harassment and discrimination. The higher-ups in this organization are only interested in their own personal gain, and they don't care about their employees or the quality of our work. The company culture is toxic, and there is a lot of politics involved in day-to-day operations.
