I can tell you that all the shared reviews are fake and are written by HR and management people. They are trying to create a false image of the company and attract more talent. In reality, there is nothing good about working here. The pay is low, the hours are long, and the workload is excessive. The company is also notorious for not paying its employees on time and for ignoring complaints about workplace harassment and discrimination. As an employee of Obbserv Online Services, I can tell you that this company has some major management issues. The higher-ups in this organization are only interested in their own personal gain, and they don't care about their employees or the quality of our work. The company culture is toxic, and there is a lot of politics involved in day-to-day operations.

As this is my First job, All the things I learn about the field and office is from Obbserv, so can't really compare it from other offices. Working in obbserv is great and I really miss the office environment as we all are like a big group of friends rather than colleagues. Everything is quite nice except the Work life balance which is very hard to maintain because of WFH. Our team has a lot of tasks on going and because of that I can't manage the time for learning and other things that can improve my knowledge.
