Micro management, The founders don't know what's going on under their nose. They hire and fire as they please. Never agree to increments. it is a dead end in an employees career.

Nothing. It's a terrible company. No PF No gratuity. No job security. Kick out employee every other month. startup culture. Very immature and unprofessional environment. Bad company to work with.

Dislikes

Everything. I have had a very bad experience. Can kick you out any time for no reason. High attrition rate. Founders are themselves confused.
