There’s nothing to like about this organisation.

Management of people is zero...They don’t value their employees. On the name of training they just give you a written script and you just have to repeat every time and would not even allow you to make it in your own words. They don’t know what exactly the meaning of particular positions. In the initials they manipulate by saying there are no such big targets but hello😁! If someone is bored please try to find any other good habit to pass out the time. But don’t get into the sweet words of the HR in the initial. Fool-ish people. And fun fact is they don’t let the employee chose their career but themselves🤣. Those who already been there can relate. And also forgot to mention NO SECURITY OF JOB. It's a good platform for freshers to learn new things as a profession and how to do work in a company as well. My TL was very supportive in nature and always ready to help. so, overall its was a good experience with them!!
