I worked with a great team and I thank specially to Swati Ma'am for giving me the opportunity.

Dislikes

Salary is decent may be less for new trainees but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but I was given a formal training session. I learnt new things on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
