Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 Years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given new joiners.

On-roll staff behaviour and their etiquette is so bad,they should be polite and they don't know how to talking.Salary increases according to working experience is so less. Designation.With any designation promotion, there is no corresponding increase in salary.

I feel like working in the company because the name of the company is good and the product of the company sells very well in the market.

senior management is absolutely weak!One person started thinking that I am the owner of the company. I will say something. The company will run like that. The employees will run it.Senior management did not know this. Why are they leaving Improve? At least ask them why are they leaving the job

Worst company to work for, no respect for the employees. Even after doing a business of Rs 800 cr in 8 days during sale the company gave vadapav as a token of appreciation and scolded the ones who had two. No job growth or stability and one of the worst payer in the industry. The brand is dying slowly. The average stint of a brand manager is 8 months only due to horrible work culture. The cluster manager sunny was the worst leader to work with..this guy doesn't know anything except shouting on store team. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.

The team seniors were good rest was good my logistics sir Sumit sir and Sachin sir were helpful n jagrati ma'am and monoj sir .helpful . But the work timing was bit issue and the partiality of the team leader was not good she used to torture ms sadiya

The company is good overall, but the management of the operations audit department is not well-educated. They tend to favor people who have been with them since the beginning. The manager, (R P) lacks education and even struggles with drafting emails. They also mistreat team members, even during calls. There have been instances where they avoid interacting with senior management. If you are a favorite, then you don't need to worry, but if not, it's not a good situation. Work is creative and interesting. Few old employees (who have left) were good. Exposure is good, and u can get creative however there are people in line to steal credit. You get featured on social media so it looks shiny. Get to attend events and meet people which seems excited but is exhausting

Politics at its peak, please come in Only if u have thick skin. Women love their share of gossip,so you can very well become the topic. Appraisals are basis how well you can bootlick people in power. Promotions are a joke. There’s no HR’s help. HR hires people only when you take initiatives and there’s people leaving so quick because there’s hardly any structure
