Dear Anonymous user, We believe you were trying to review some other organisation & checked in by mistake. 1. Since 2001, It's our track record that Salary is NEVER DELAYED, ALWAYS ON TIME. 2. Appraisals are always based on individual performance & always higher than Industry Standards (we have team members from over 10+ years) 3. We have a strict NO CALL ON HOLIDAY, leave and holiday defined processes which are comparable to any MNC 4. Late Policy: This is wrong, there is a late mark if you are not on time. Alongside, all policies are curated based on team feedback 5. A team member needs to work the normal office hours, not seen anyone work so late I hope this answers your query & hopefully, you will delete this misleading review.
