1. Toxic work culture - poor leader ship, lack of respect, office politics and micromanagement 2. Lack of growth and opportunities - No career advancement or learning opportunities 3. Work life balance - excessive work loads, 4. Weak leader ship and management - In competent manager. Nearly I worked 3 years in this company, literally I spoiled my career. Some Managers and Hod's will come for only commissions not for work. No leader ship skills, No team work, entire company name spoiled because of one Toxic HOD (Mr. Manju) Overall company infrastructure is good, Koreans are good, Indian management is worst. I'll never suggest to any one till this toxic management get wash out....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
