Things are deteriorating from last few months, management has become unsupportive, growth within organization is limited to few people only

Well there are mostly everything to dislike except job security as unless extreme situation arises no one will be fired

Quality people are also required for P&M work. There is no time limit for coming and going, duty time is being wasted a lot. No security no rules

Now some part is reduced on performance appraisals. Employee is not getting anual salary package as per industry norms.In Cement industry Salary package is very less as compared to other cement company.
