Dislikes

No salary increment, no job security. They wanted to work in less salary or till the time they want.

Nothing specific as there was nothing to enjoy. Only come to office do your work and go home. Not even birthdays where celebrated. Keep one thing in mind that the company in not an MNC, there is only one office on Bangalore.

Dislikes

There was no appreciation for work well done. Employees had no say in anything. There where no benefits. There washroom was also messy.

Work Details

Work was nice and I got to learn some new things from my seniors. But nothing was appreciate, even if you do 2 days of work in 1 day it is not appreciate. CEO thinking was, everything was copy paste from Google and we did nothing.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

No facilities where provided by the company. The only facility was that Saturday was work from home. But if you want to work from home on any other day it will be marked as holiday.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
