HR is Not good, Hike and compensation is not good if you are existing employee. Suggestion for joining folks: Join this company if they are offering the good CTC and don't expect yearly appraisal more than 2 to 4 %. Some time you will not get your expected monthly salary so many people faced this issue and you need to follow up with HR and they will respond in 3 to 4 weeks this is normal response time from HR. i worked for Dell and then NTT acquired Dell so i am now part of NTT, i joined Dell as fresher now its been more than 5 year here as a developer. And planning to change this org asap due to bathetic Process.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
