Good MNC culture. All norms and security available

Dislikes

Nil - very negligible appraisal, does not provide motivation for learning new technologies and finding areas where they can be implemented. Mostly support projects and as a fresher you do not get to be part of development that is left. Managers are not pro-active and works only on need basis.
