Increaments and appraisal policy is not good the parameters on which NTT taken steps like whom to give appraisal or whom to not are not fair.

No job security, I have worked for Air Canada project as a permanent employee and entire team get fired after project over with a comment as no another project is there so we can't afford team. Fully politics in manager and employees and no job culture.

0 persent job security, they switch here and there between project and after project completion entire team kick out. I worked with noida 144 IT team for Air Canada project. They showed dream to new hired guys for good culture and promotion. But result was just opposite. And successfulcompletion of project instead of promotion entire team get fired.
