I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. Tried connecting with recruiter multiple times but unable to get any response via mail or call. It’s really frustrating. I don’t understand whether to think it as a reject or select. I have been released by the company just after serving 1 month of bench period , with no satisfactory explanation given , saying as per the amended policies , there is no bench policies to be given at first place therefore you can say that there is no job security , work culture totally depends on the type of project that you are currently working in , if it's a hectic type of project than you can expect long slogging working hours without any prior compensation or extra allowances , management is totally biased and serves as a lesson to never trust management for any kind of personal growth , as per the company policies you can see they are the worst of the slot...Read More
